Turnout areas and holding pens
Whether you call it a corral, pen, or paddock, smaller enclosures are often useful at a horse facility. The smaller enclosures are convenient around a barn area for close turnout. In a larger pasture area a tape fence can be used to create a catch pen or holding pen.
Separate pens are also advisable for isolation or quarantine situations, and can be quickly erected using StockGuard tape, or be used as a permanent enclosure.

Teasing multiple mares
Having a simple method to determine the status of the mare’s breeding cycle is advantageous. This reduces the expense of examinations by a veterinarian, and virtually eliminates the time and labor of teasing mares individually.

Make several small pad docks on opposite sides of an 5.5 metre wide alley using two or more strands of StockGuard fence tape. Close the alley at both ends with tape gates to create a center pad dock. The teaser, preferably a gelding for more silent teasing, occupies the center paddock. As the mares come into season they will move toward the teaser and indicate their chan ge in status

Separated small paddocks are convenient for isolation and useful at a horse facilities, with little maintenance required.
I had ordered 9 years ago. Your material from the fi rst job behaves as new and looks nearly new, despite the years of sun (which has caused age spots on me in that time!). The horses respect the perimeter and have never been hurt by the tape or fasteners. I wouldn t order from anyplace else! PHILIP J. Novelty, OH
